01 / TOP-NOTCH CONTENT
Each month we'll dive into discussions based on books and video content from seasoned ministry leaders to discuss and apply. The content will be biblical, practical, and applicable in almost any sphere of influence.
02 / REAL-LIFE CONTEXTUALIZATION
The content we learn and discuss is meant to be applied in your unique real-world context. Together we'll find tangible ways to put the leadership principles into practice at home, at work, and in the church.
03 / LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY
Ultimately, LC is not just a program. Long after the program is completed, we hope you'll carry with you the relationships formed through the common goals and interests of the LC. The LC is intentionally structured to encourage the development of true cohort community.
